Fantasy Football Scout Cups

The Fantasy Football Scout Members Cup is now accepting entries.

Each season, we run a couple of cup competitions for visitors to the site: an Open Cup, which anyone can enter; and a Members Cup for those with one of our Chief Scout memberships.

Once the Members Cup gets underway, you will be able to view the results and matchups here.

The deadline to enter is 23:59 GMT on Monday 24 November.

Qualification for the FFS Open Cup took place in Gameweek 11, a round score of at least 31 points after hits was enough to earn a place in round one, while those with 30 points after hits and an overall rank of 3,953,591 or better also squeezed through. Keep track of results and matchups for the FFS Open Cup here.

How Do the cup competitions work?

Our cup competitions are very similar to the Fantasy Premier League's Fantasy Cup game. Entrants who qualify for the first round will be randomly drawn against each other and the winner of the tie is whoever has the highest score from that Gameweek, minus points spent on transfers (like in the original game and in head-to-head scores). In the event of a tie, the manager highest in the overall standings will progress.

When does it start?

The qualifying round for the FFS Members Cup will take place in Gameweek 12.

How do I enter?

Enter the Members Cup via the entry form here.

When signing-up, you will be asked for your display name, FPL team ID, and email address.

Ensure that you double-check your FPL team ID - please click the link on the entry form to verify that your team is correct before confirming.

If your FPL team is incorrectly entered, we cannot amend this at a later date.

After confirming your FPL team ID on the entry form, you will be sent a confirmation email to verify your submission.

Your entry is only completed once you have confirmed your FPL team ID as part of the process.

Please note that only teams that have been registered with FPL for Gameweek 1 will be eligible for the competition.

You can check that you're entered correctly by scaning the list of entries: FFS Members Cup Teams, and the FFS Open Cup Teams.

When will I find out if I've qualified?

After the qualification round has completed, you will be able to view the full draw for the first round of the FFS Members Cup here. The draw for the first round of the FFS Open Cup can be viewed here.

As the cup progresses, round results are published shortly after the completion of each Gameweek.

Do I need to be registered with Fantasy Football Scout?

We ask you to supply an FFS username so we can feature you, as a member of our community, in any articles associated with the tournament. Ideally, you will already have a username with us but this is not essential to enter (although it is for the Members Cup) - you must, however, supply a username for the purpose of the tournament so you can be identified in articles. You must not change this username throughout the course of the tournament, should you do so without permission, or should you enter multiple teams or if your FFS account comes under moderation for any reason, we reserve the right to remove you from the tournament.

Do I have to enter if I'm previous winner?

Yes, because your FPL team ID will have changed, we will need to record your entry again. As a previous winner, you will be given a bye to the first round proper of any contest you enter. Previous winners must enter with the same usernames listed below to gain their bye.
